Sierra Data Systems Enhances DATArrive™ Product for Field Service and Logistics

New Functionality Allows for Dispatch Sequencing, Messaging, Billing
and Labor Recurrence
Auburn, CA – May 15, 2012 - Sierra Data Systems, a leading enterprise mobility

has released enhanced functionality for their SaaS-based product DATArrive™.
The latest round of feature releases focus upon continued process improvement for
companies working in a mobile environment.
Four features have been added to the DATArrive™ product. The dispatch
sequencing provides a drag and drop sequencer tool to allow dispatchers to
quickly and easily sort an employee’s daily service events. The messaging system
enables users to send and receive short messages from the handheld device to the
web application. The billing add-on can now define billing codes and track activity
against these codes for invoicing purposes. Additionally, the labor recurrence
functionality allows companies to define work for employees based on a set pattern
and thereby reducing repetitive tasks for dispatchers.
